Classic Cycle Events is pleased to sponsor the 45th Annual Hanford Motorcycle Show and Swap Meet, located at it's traditional venue at the Kings Fairground, 801 S. 10th Avenue, Hanford, CA 93232. This is one of California's premier vintage motorcycle events. It takes all of us working together to keep these events happening. Please come out and show your support. Enjoy a stroll back in time as you view some of the world's oldest and most fascinating machines.
Motorcycle Show: The show gate opens to entrants promptly at 6:30 AM Saturday. Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required. Entry fee is $35.00 for the first bike and $10.00 for each additional bike and includes one general admission (NOT 1 person per bike, each additional person is $10) and an event pin. Pre-Registration also includes a FREE Event Poster. All entries must be in place by 8:30 AM. Judging begins at 9:00 AM sharp.

Display Only: Show any bike, any year, any style for the fee of $20.00 NO awards given.
Awards:
1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place (3rd place not awarded in all classes) Trophies and Honorable Mention Ribbons in each class plus People's Choice, Sponsor's Choice, Best Restoration and Best of Show Awards. Presentation will be held at 2:00PM. Show entrants must be present to receive an award. (Note: Classes may change depending on participation). As folks are paying to see your bikes on display, we would greatly appreciate it if all participants would kindly not remove their bikes from the show area until after the awards are announced. Participants must be present to receive their trophies. (Note: Classes may change depending on participation).
Swap Meet: Space sizes are 15'X25'. Pre-registered space fees are $65; non-registered are $85 at the gate. PRE-REGISTRATION IS ENCOURAGED. The deadline is May 8th, with no exceptions. Forms received after this date will be charged the additional $20. Please mail early, the postmark is the final word. This hopefully will make the line move quickly.
RV Spaces are 17'x30' and are $90ea - Pre Registration
Non-registered vendors will be assigned spaces on a first-come serve basis. Pre-registered vendors will be parked first! Check in is Friday, May 17th, 2013 from 12 noon to 10:00PM, and Saturday, May 18th, 6:00AM to 7:30AM.
Vendor gate will be locked Friday night promptly at 10:00 PM, and will reopen Saturday morning at 6:00 AM. Overnight camping in your prepaid vending space is permitted on Friday night. Saturday event hours are 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Vendors please note that we will be offering an early bird admission from 6:30-7:30 AM, so please be prepared for early shoppers. Vendors agree to stay until 4:00PM. Space fee includes 2 admissions total per space with a maximum of 6 admissions for multiple spaces. Vendor gate will not hold passes for late arriving workers! Additional worker passes are $25 each at check-in good for Friday and Saturday, with a limit of three total per space. Friday Night camping in your vendor space is permitted at no extra charge. RV Hook-ups are available $20 per night and you must sign in and pay at the vendor gate.

Motorcycles For Sale: An exclusive area has been designated for the sale of complete/running motorcycles. Corral fee is $25 per bike and includes one general admission good for Saturday only and a For Sale sign with a clip and zip tie. Please register sale bikes at the show bike registration from 6:30 to 8:30AM Saturday. Pre-registration is suggested, but not required.
GENERAL ADMISSION: $10 per person beginning at 8:00AM on Saturday. Children under 12 are free and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Early bird shopper admission is $25 per person from 6:30 to 7:30AM on Saturday only.
ABSOLUTELY NO GENERAL ADMISSION ON FRIDAY. Event hours are 8:00AM to 4:00PM Saturday, May 18th, 2013.
